What to send for a storefront graphics quote
Send a full frontage photo, close-ups of every glass section, approximate dimensions and the message you want customers to notice first. Include existing film and property criteria so the scope can be checked before production.

Measure panes separately
Number each pane on a photograph and record its approximate width and height. Distinguish fixed glass from doors and note frames, handles and obstructions. These measurements help scope the quote; confirm who will take final production measurements before artwork is released.
Give the artwork a clear priority
Choose the primary message: business identity, services, hours, privacy or a temporary promotion. Provide the original logo file if available and confirm spelling, phone number and hours. A long list of every service can compete with the one reason a passerby should stop.
Define the whole installation
Identify existing graphics to remove, permitted access hours and any work that must occur while the business is closed. Ask the quote to separate removal, artwork, material and installation where appropriate. For a leased unit, obtain the property’s criteria before assuming a proposed coverage is acceptable.
