Office reception signs, privacy graphics and business lettering
Make a visitor’s arrival feel straightforward.
Office graphics should help a visitor identify the right entrance and recognize the business once inside. Plan reception branding, door lettering and meeting-room privacy as related but separate jobs, with a brief for each surface.
Walk the arrival route
Follow the route from the building entrance to the suite and note where a visitor must choose a direction. Share photographs of those decision points. Confirm the property’s rules for common areas before commissioning signs outside the suite.
Match privacy to the room
Identify which glass areas need visual separation and which should stay open. Photograph the room from each side rather than specifying a film solely by name. Ask how the proposed treatment will appear with the room’s lighting and existing glass.
Keep identity and required signs distinct
A decorative wall logo is different from a sign with a prescribed accessibility or building specification. If the project includes required room or directional signs, obtain the applicable specification from the responsible professional and include it in the brief.
