Your Lighthouse Point project

Show the neighboring signs with your proposed design.

Lighthouse Point's Community Appearance Board building-and-window-sign materials request photographs of existing signs in the same shopping center or on adjacent properties. Those context photographs help establish what the proposed sign will sit alongside.

Details to include

Which panes should carry graphics, and which need to stay clear? Include door handles, mullions and existing decals in the photos.

Take one image of the entire building frontage and separate images of neighboring signs. Include the property's sign criteria and your proposed colors, then confirm the current appearance-review and permit submission requirements with Building and Zoning.

Confirm current requirements with the city and property owner before fabrication. This is a service area, not a separate office.

Can people still see through window graphics?

That depends on the material and design. Ask about perforated film, frosted film or lettering when you want to balance visibility, privacy and natural light.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

Tell us the service you need, your city and your target date. Photos, approximate dimensions and logo files help us understand the scope. For vehicle wraps, include the vehicle year, make and model.

How long will my project take?

Timing depends on the sign or wrap, artwork approval, material availability and installation requirements. Share your deadline so the schedule can be confirmed for your project.
